Jaye had a very special evening with her cubby friends. They gave her a little going away party and learned about what it meant to be a missionary. Ms. Heather told the story of Saul on the road to Damascus, and explained to the kids that each of us are called to share the gospel. Jaye passed out our prayer card to her friends, and then Ms. Heather glued it to their books to be reminded to pray for Jaye. It was beautiful to hear Jaye get excited about how "she is going to England to tell people about Jesus." Another priceless moment occurred when the children were praying for our family, two little kiddos came over and laid hands on Elliot and myself without any prompting, just the Holy Spirit leading them to do so. Love the heart of children. Thank you to my dear friend Ms. Heather for a wonderful couple years of cubbies. My daughter has really loved every bit of it!
