We had a fun time with my parents over Christmas and New Year's. Each of us had our favorite highlight of the trip:
Dave: Going to the Green Bay Packer's play off game. It was his first ever NFL football game, and what better than to see GB beat the Vikings on the Frozen Tundra!
Erin: Getting a chance to go to the movies with my mom! We couldn't remember the last time she and I had got to do that alone!
Jaye: Throwing Grammie a Cinderella birthday. They even wore fancy dresses and danced!
Everett: Feeding the deer and horses with Papa. He loved being pulled on the sled and wouldn't let us forget about those hungry animals!
Elliot: Cutting two more teeth and learning to crawl/sit up.
The Ultimate Highlight: was being humbled in the way God took us from 60% of our funding to just over 80% of our funding during the time we spent with my parents. We have numerous stories of the way God stirred hearts for the calling of our ministry. Praise God! Through little children to anonymous givers we were given the go ahead to move to England. Even the notice that our visas were on their way as we drove to the airport to head back to Oregon, proved once again that God is in the details! Wow has this been exciting! Thanks for your prayers!
