This year on Thanksgiving Dave had to go to class so we didn't celebrate Thanksgiving on Thursday, instead we celebrated on Friday with some American students and whomever else wanted to join us. We had a potluck Thanksgiving dinner at the his school. It was a lot of fun meeting Dave's friends. I made scallop potatoes and a fruit salad because it was tricky thinking of transporting food on a bus for 15-20 mins and then walking another 5 minutes in the cold.
