A couple years back our youth group did a white elephant gift exchange and David unwrapped a very *manly* nutcracker which happened to be given by a friend of ours who is now in the army. Somehow this little nutcracker made it through our purging of items in the move. So for fun we started shooting photos of him from our home in Oregon to our new home here in England. Mark thanks for the laughs....one day it may make it back to you. Oh the things you can find at The Dollar Tree. Won't you be so blessed!

We had a clear and beautiful day in Portland. If you look way beyond Mr. Nutcracker you can see Mt. Hood. This mountain was my grandmother's favorite part of the northwest and it may be mine as well!
